Does my VIP package come with a ticket?

Some packages come with a ticket and some don’t. Make sure you read the description to know what is in clued in your package. 

Am I able to get a refund if I can’t make the show?

All sales are final. No refunds will be offered. For any questions, contact support@iconicticketing.com

When will I find out details about my VIP package?

You should be receiving an email shortly after purchasing your VIP ticket. You will receive final details for your VIP package no later than 72 hours before the show start time. Please keep an eye on your emails and make sure you check your junk folder so you don’t miss any information.

What if I haven’t gotten an email with information regarding a VIP special item, meet and greet or other time sensitive instructions?

Check all spam folders and if you cannot find any info email support@iconicticketing.com with the receipt of your purchase to get help. Please allow 24-48 hours for a member of our team to respond.
