Does my VIP package come with a ticket?
Some packages come with a ticket and some do not. Make sure to read the product description to know what’s included in your package.
Can I get a refund if I am unable to attend the show?
All sales are final and no refunds will be offered. For any further questions or concerns, contact support@iconicticketing.com.
When will I find out the details about my VIP Package?
You will receive the final details for your VIP package (when and where to show up, etc.) no later than 72 hours before the shows start time. Please, make sure to keep an eye on your email = especially your junk folder – so you don’t miss any important information.
What if I haven’t received an email with information regarding a VIP special item, meet and greet, or other time sensitive instructions?
Make sure to check the spam folder of your email account. If you cannot find any info, email support@iconicticketing.com with the receipt of your purchase to get help. Please allow 24-48 hours for a member of our team to respond.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes! You can edit ticket information under the “My Tickets” section of my account.
